Is it possible for us to embrace God's mercies regardless of our denominational relationship with Him? Hmmm...tough question. But I contend that God reveals Himself in every situation where His healing is experienced. If the testimony of the one healed brings someone to know Christ...regardless of denomination/persuasion...then the mission is fulfilled. Isn't God so much greater than what we give Him credit for?
Our God...is an awesome God...who reigns from heaven above...with wisdom, power and love...our God is an awesome God. (Thanks to the late Rich Mullins).
Just my thoughts on Christian Healing. Where are you in God's plan? Are we above denominations and the sort and more importantly about God's plan for ALL? I wonder if we can embrace the healing mercies of Our Lord outside of our denominational affiliations. I just wonder.

I don't think there is anything necessary about denominations. They are institutions that grow up around a tradition over time.
If the tradition remains vital, the denomination can continue to have a vital role in the catholic church. If the tradition withers and die or turns corrupt, the denomination becomes a hollow shell.
God does not need denominations, but he certainly uses them. But if your call is outside the denominational framework, go with God.
Or that's how I see it.
I'm not certain how exactly you'd define "embrace the healing mercies of Our Lord outside of our denominational affiliations".
If by that you're asking if I, a Pentecostal/Assemblies of God/Full Gospel/Interdenominational/Non-Denominational/International Pentecostal Holiness Church - type person, would be willing to, if I were sick, allow say, a Methodist, to pray for me - then Yes. I believe anyone would.
I like denominations just for the simple fact that they tell people, generally, what I believe right away. (If they are at all knowledgeable about belief systems anyway.)
I know the Baptists believe I can't get unsaved, the Methodists won't dunk me - there are other differences, I'm just giving a small sample - it just helps me to know what I'm walking into right off the bat.
Unless I, for some reason, believe the person wanting to lay hands on me and pray is a practicing satanist - I'm all for it. Especially if you know you've been given a gift for it.
While I happily enjoy my Pentecostal/ / / / / roots, I don't believe Jesus is a Pentecostal. He's chosen His church out of the depths of so many denominations and gifted them according to His purpose.
Though... thinking of it now outside of my Pentecostal roots, I wonder if a Baptist would feel the same way if I came at them speaking in tongues and trying to practice the gift of healing on them.
So :) I guess my answer is of little help.
